WATER SOURCE, QUANTITY AND QUALITY

The widely-repeated recommendation to consume at least 8 glasses of water per day is not based on any biochemical or physiological principles. In fact, consuming water in excess not only decreases the rate at which you produce your own deuterium-depleted metabolic water, it also suppresses antidiuretic hormone (ADH) production, mitochondrial catabolic reactions, which in turn suppresses gonadotropin-releasing-hormone (GnRH) which gives rise to your sex steroid hormones.

The source of water determines its deuterium concentration. It is a fact that in most parts of the world purified water used for drinking is really not for human consumption as it is too high of deuterium.
