Dr. Petra Davelaar is a naturopathic physician with a deep passion for cutting-edge research about human physiology. Her extensive studies have led her to the understanding that humans are essentially electrical beings of light, composed primarily of water––with some carbon, and a few minerals–– and regulated and fueled by sunlight while sustained by gas. This perspective highlights the importance of nanobubbles in human health.
Deutenomics, a novel scientific field, investigates the biochemical, physiological, and quantum biological aspects of deuterium and its impact on health. This emerging area of study seeks to understand how deuterium, a heavy isotope of hydrogen, affects mitochondrial health and its potential role in disease prevention and treatment.

In 2019, she successfully completed the Root Cause Protocol Practitioner training.
In 2017, Dr. Petra completed the Dale Bredesen’s ReCODE program, Reversing Cognitive Decline Advanced Clinical Training by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), now offered and managed by Apollo Health.
On May 8, 2017 Dr. Petra became an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner.

Petra is a long-time passionate cook. In 2020, her daughter, Sophia, self-published a cookbook, P’s Cookbook. The book contains forty-six meals and dishes Petra made and recorded while Sophia was growing up. Copies are no longer available.
