HOW WE LABEL CERTAINTY
This work proposes a new foundation for understanding health — built at the intersection of physics, biology, and clinical medicine. Ideas this ambitious deserve to be read with a clear sense of what is known, what is inferred, and what is still proposed.
We have no product to sell and no dogma to defend. Our aim is to integrate and synthesize the work of many remarkable scientists into a coherent whole — and to do it honestly. That means we will never dress a hopeful idea in the language of established fact, or let sophisticated physics make an unproven biological claim look settled.
So across these pages, every significant claim sits in one of four tiers, and where it helps, we mark them — so you always know which register you are reading in.
1. Established. Measured, published, and not in scientific dispute. For example: that lipid membranes can form highly ordered "cubic" geometries; that deuterium — heavy hydrogen — behaves differently in chemistry than ordinary hydrogen.
2. Interpretation. Our reading of what those established findings mean. The observations are real; the meaning we draw from them is a considered argument, open to challenge. For example: that the motion observed in ATP synthase may reflect a cooperative change of membrane shape rather than a mechanical motor.
3. Proposed mechanism. How we think these principles operate in living systems — a hypothesis we find compelling and are actively developing, but which is not yet proven. For example: the mitochondrion understood as a "field governor" that reads and generates the body's signals.
4. Exploratory. The health and therapeutic frontier — where the framework points, and what it may mean for prevention and care. This is the most speculative tier, offered as direction rather than instruction, and always alongside — never instead of — established medical care. For example: strategies around light exposure, deuterium-depleted water, and dietary fats.
Holding these apart is not a hedge. It is the discipline that lets a genuinely new paradigm be built on solid ground — and it is how we honor both the science and you, the reader.
Read the bold ideas boldly. Just know, at each step, which kind of claim you are holding.
