ENERGETICS OF HEALTH

Physical reality isn't a collection of parts; it's a field of energy processes — and that includes us. We speak in nouns, so we built a science of things and lost the flow. When we talk about terrain, we are really talking about process. Seen this way, we are light-attuned, electromagnetic, water-based beings — regulated by sunlight, structured by water, and maintained by the dissolved gases and nanobubbles present at every living surface. Our mitochondria are governors of these signals, and our glycocalyx is the charged, hydrated interface where the body meets and negotiates with its environment. Energetics of Health is the framework that draws these threads together — a synthesis of the work of many remarkable scientists, offered honestly, marking clearly what is established, what is interpretation, and what is still frontier.
